Tucanos Brazilian Grill - Boise

Tucanos Brazilian Grill is Boise is breaking all the records.  According to managers at the new store, the first 2 weeks of operation in Boise have broken all the previous records for openings at all other locations, including their hugely popular Provo, and Albuquerque locations.  The new store is the first free-standing Tucanos and is the best designed.  “The dining room flows better then any of our other locations,” said Tucanos - Albuquerque manager Mickey Padilla who is overseeing the front of house operations at the new store while employees are trained.

Doug Oldham of Oldham Hirst Design, PC is the architect on the project for both the shell building and the interior design.  “I am really proud to be part of such a successful operation” Oldham commented.  “I have had the opportunity to be involved in all the Tucanos locations and I feel that we have really reached a new height with the new design.  It is really gratifying to have the people of Boise enjoy this new building and hear the flattering comments.  It’s really a commentary on the owners and operators of Tucanos to have a desire to really do something special.  I have always said, good architecture requires great clients.”
